2 – 3 hrs lifestyle consultation with kitchen assessment.
A one-on-one diet consultation and kitchen assessment may just be the thing you need if you want to eat healthier or gluten-free but don’t know where to start. In this session, we will ascertain what you’d like to achieve, what your current relationship with food is and what needs to change to achieve those goals.
I will then do an assessment of what foods are currently in your kitchen, give you advice on what to change and how to change it. I will also provide you with alternative products and recommend where to shop. And should you need it, I also have a network of health experts who I consult with or can refer you to.
Please note that I do not provide a meal plan, I advise on how to achieve and live a healthier lifestyle.
